How do I register to attend the Healthcare Procurement Summit?

All the information you need can be found on our registration page.

Is registration available online?

Yes! You can register online to attend the summit. Just follow the instructions on our online registration page .

What is the cost of attending?

A standard ticket costs €490 for Healthcare Procurers, Academics, Governmental or NGOs, €900 for SMEs or €2800 for a standard corporate ticket, however between now and 30th June 2022 we are offering an exclusive Early Bird rate of €690 or €1950 per delegate excluding VAT for the corporate tickets.

Does Health Proc Summit have a MDEON visa?

Yes, we have been proved by the MDEON. Our visa number is 22/V2/14051/008189.  The visa number provided is a guarantee that the project sponsorship to organise or take part in a scientific event is consistent with the relevant legislation and ethics.

 

I don't have a ticket, can I register on the day?

Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We don't recommend leaving it until the day of the summit, as there is no guarantee that tickets will be available and we'd hate for you to be disappointed!

 

About the venue

SQUARE is based in the historical and cultural heart of Brussels, close to the center of the European government and overlooking the famous Mont des Artes. With facilities including state of the art auditoria, intimate studios for smaller group work and large exhibition halls, the style and quality of facilities is among the best in Europe. Our delegates will enjoy modern facilities, exquisite catering and an unforgettable experience, in one of the leading conference centers in Europe.

And if you have any time before or after the conference, it's well worth spending a day in Brussels to explore the cultural and culinary delights of this beautiful city, from stunning architecture to world-class beer, and mouth-watering chocolate and waffles!

 

How do I get to Square - Brussels Convention Centre:

By train : Square is just a 2 minute walk from Brussels Central Station, which is served by trains, trams, metro and bus.

By plane : Trains from Brussels Airport to Brussels Central Station take just 17 minutes, with 6 trains running per hour during peak times.

By car : There are several public car parks close to the venue. Parking Albertine offers direct access to Square. Electric car charging points are available.

By bicycle : for those delegates who live within cycling distance, Brussels has an extensive cycling network. There are also cycling stations throughout the city where you can rent bicycles, including two drop-off points within walking distance of Square.

 

Is there disabled access?

The venue has disabled access and facilities throughout. There are four entrances providing easy access for disabled persons. These are:

  • 3, Coudenberg
  • SQUARE terrace
  • 2, rue Ravenstein
  • 2, rue des Sols - access via parking -3

If you require additional assistance, then please get in touch before the summit so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

 

Is there WiFi access at the venue?

Internet access with an upload/download speed of 1000Mbps is available in all the rooms at Square.

 

Will be provided at the summit meals?

Water, coffee and delicious lunches will be provided on both days of the summit.. In your free time, you may wish to explore some of the delightful local restaurants offering traditional Belgian cuisine.

 

What time should I arrive for the summit?

The summit will begin with a 'welcome meeting' which starts at 8.30am on 20 September. Registration is open between 8.30am and 9.30am, and you'll be given your ID and welcome pack when you register.

 

What precautions and restrictions are in place around COVID?

At the time of writing - 4/22/2022

You no longer need to wear a face covering, but consider wearing one in crowded, enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with people you do not normally meet.

You no longer have to show your COVID Pass at venues and events.

As organizers, your welfare is paramount to us at the Summit. Over the two days of the show the venue team will be operating a vigorous cleaning program during the show open hours. We will provide free individual hand sanitisers and face masks at the show entrance if you wish to take any. We ask that you respect other people's decisions on mask wearing and be conscious of other people's distancing preferences.
